Welcome to Sultry Rose Waxing! My name is Nancy and I am a CA Licensed Esthetician and Owner. My studio is a safe and judge-free zone that caters to every BODY. Waxing may seem like an intimidating and vulnerable service, but it is my goal to ease those worries away! I use a specific technique that will help reduce irritation to your skin for a more pleasant experience. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
NO REFUNDS are given on any service.
DEPOSIT:
The deposit collected for your service(s) are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelled or rescheduled appointments under the 24 hours will result in your deposit to be forfeited and card on file will be charged 50% of total service.
LATE POLICY:
There is a 5 minute grace period for everyone. You must be in the waiting room during this time. Arriving past the 5 minute grace period will result in a cancelled appointment and a late fee of 50% of total service.
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS:
Please respect my time the exact way I respect yours. Any no call/no shows, will be charged 100% of total service.
Failure to pay any of the fees, will automatically result you from booking any future appointments with Sultry Rose Waxing. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies.
